Item itself is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Disappointed with the delivery time - ordered 15 April, timelines stated expected latest delivery 1st May, didn’t actually arrive until 3rd May.

Hi Deanna - We’re so glad you like your cup! Your cup shipped on time as scheduled and not late as I explained when you enquired. The timelines stated by Etsy do vary by 2-3 days either side of that date as it is set automatically by Etsy not us. It is a estimated date not an exact date. However that said , if you did need it earlier and let us know we would of course accomadated it.
