HOW • TO • WEAR • THE • NIPPLE • SHIELDS :
A silver twisted nipple ring sits delicately in the center of the nipple shield.
Twist around your nipple for a secure fit. The ring can be opened and closed to fit your nipple size.
You can even wear them under your clothing and they will stay on.
Not suitable if you have inverted nipples or flat nipples.

The love heart shields are 1.57 inches across. = (4 cm)
For the larger size nipples the twisted ring in the center of the shield opens up to .47 inch across.

For the smaller sizes the twisted ring winds down to .37 inch across. = (0.95 cm)

Seem to very very well made. Not heavy. My only issue is that the ad clearly states that they are shipped from the UK. They are not! They are in fact made and shipped from India. Apparently this merchant is just drop shipping items for who she calls her Silversmith in India. That would be fine if that information was given upfront. While they seem to be great quality, the ad is misleading.
