Your item will be made to the measurements you have selected or requested. If you choose the wrong measurements or take the wrong measurements you must get in touch with the LWC within 24hours. All made to order items are non returnable and non refundable. LWC is not at fault if incorrect measurements are given.

SHIPPING:
LWC is not responsible for shipping chosen at checkout. Please make sure you have selected the right shipping for your item. If you require your item by a specific date you MUST contact the seller before or immediately after purchase so they can advise on correct shipping. If an item is lost without tracking, the item and shipping are non refundable. In special circumstances a replacement may be sent out at the discretion of the LWC, or you may receive a refund for the cost of the item ONLY, non tracked postage is never refundable. Please be aware estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, but the greatest efforts will be made to meet them.

If you have an issue or a question about your order, please get in touch with the LWC first to see if they can answer your needs. Most of the time it is an easy fix and the LWC is happy to help.
