Cast from a real twig, this engagement ring is one-of-a-kind, as each rose cut white sapphire has a unique organic shape. The ring in this picture is made with solid 9 carat yellow gold, and is in size L. You can order this ring as it is, or I can resize it for you to be larger or smaller. Alternatively, I can make a new ring for you from scratch, and arrange for you to view more of the white sapphire stones in slightly different shapes (or even with a diamond). The beauty of rose cut stones is that they glow and change intensity of colour drastically as you move the stone. It looks different from every angle, giving you endless opportunities for fascination!

The ring as it is is ready to ship and will be shipped same day if ordered before 12 noon, or the next day if order is placed after this time. If you would just like the ring to be resized, allow 1 week before the item can be dispatched. If you would like to choose a new stone, allow 2-3 weeks working time.

The story of Twig - a former landscape architect, I spend a lot of my time staring at trees, branches, twigs, leaves and seed pods. This obsession lead me to experiment with getting different parts of plants cast in precious metals. I work on each piece, filing, sanding, and hand polishing, to a very high luster, until the piece bears very little resemblance to how it was created in nature. It is an idealised representation of nature. That said, I find that nature has such a wonderful way of creating patterns, undulations and bud formations that I am compelled to highlight these in the jewelry I make.

Sizing - the dropdown menu lists UK sizing but I am able to convert to all international ring sizing - US, Hong Kong, Japanese, German or Swiss sizing. Just leave a note at checkout with size and country scale.

If you are not sure what size you should be ordering, I have a handy ring sizing chart which I can email to you. You just need to print it off to use. It is quite accurate and a very handy guide - you can measure against existing rings that you may have, or cut off the measuring strip to wrap around your finger.
