A vintage 70s pattern to make a fab granny crochet afghan blanket. Plus 2 extra free blanket patterns included. A"granny style" blanket & bag Tutorial pattern and another lovely afghan pattern for a motif square with bobbles.
(The 195 is in American crochet terms but I also include picture “how to crochet” notes, USA > UK conversion charts and my own notes on vintage yarns with all my patterns.)
Step by step instructions for lots of variations on the granny square motif as seen; and a specific layout as shown. Of course, as with all crochet granny blankets, you can use any combination of motifs, just as you wish. Use a mad set of ‘stash busting’ colours like this, a small repeating set- or a range of tones from one or two colours; up to you.
The tutorial pattern has basic granny squares and lots of projects to make. The second free pattern included is a "circle in a square " type.
This pattern is known to have some errors in its original publication; I include my own extensive photo tutorials plus written pattern for the most difficult squares, and I will support the pattern by email if asked.
Please do check the reviews on my version of this pattern .

All my PDF patterns come with conversions UK/USA, extra freebies and my own extensive yarn notes research. (you can see this in my shop reviews).
I also support the patterns and will answer email queries-no matter how basic. I love to knit & to crochet and I want you to be able to use the patterns; I have even worked samples etc to help.
I use high resolution scans-and where I think it is needed they are reformatted [beyond just “cleaning up”]; I have used my experience of teaching knitting and crochet, so they are easier and clearer to work from. For example instructions are often amended so that all relevant bits are together on one page.
Please note, all WonkyZebra listings are for pattern instructions in English. My words in this description are written in English. If you are reading them in any other language they have been translated by ETSY software and may not accurately say what I intended. Very few of the patterns have charts, most are written instructions in English using English crochet terms.
