"It was time consuming to do such a huge pattern, but the result was fantastic! Great for a statement wall. I had paint go under the edges, quite a bit...then I had to wait for it to dry before applying it to the wall again. But that is user error, not the company's fault...just warning whoever might purchase in the future to look into ways to prevent this."

"I attempted an ambitious project of stenciling a ceiling and ran into several challenges. The stencil itself is exactly as advertised. Our first challenge was using a repositionable adhesive spray (not purchased from StencilsLab) which left a thick, gunky residue. We resorted to using painters tape, but to make that work we had to tape several of the swirl cut outs together because they would droop off the ceiling. Finally, we are struggling with how to get the pattern to the edge of the ceiling since the stencil is so large and not able to be folded or bent into the corners. Overall, I'm sure this stencil would work beautifully on a flat patio or piece of furniture where you don't have to contend with gravity or edges. It just didn't turn out to be ideal for my project."
