Vintage items are by default sold with NO returns, refunds, or exchanges.

I will always make my best effort to present the condition of the items in an accurate way. Please understand that all vintage items are sold in "AS IS" condition. I provide detailed images and item descriptions, but if you feel that an item was misrepresented and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately before leaving feedback so that we can resolve the issue.

Should we agree on a return, the items must be shipped back within 5 business days from the confirmed delivery date. I strongly recommend getting insurance and tracking for any return shipments as I cannot be held liable for item loss or damage during transit. Once the item has been received and upon inspection deemed to be in its original condition, the value of the item will be refunded.

Please note that ALL shipping charges will, however, remain as your responsibility.

White Dog Vintage only accepts Etsy Direct Checkout, PayPal, and credit cards via PayPal, as methods of payment. PayPal is a third party credit card processor for secure online transactions.

Please note that if you live in PA, there will be a 6% sales tax added.

Items will usually ship within 1-3 business days once the payment, including shipping fees, has been received. White Dog Vintage does not process or ship items on weekends and holidays. All purchases will be shipped as USPS first class, Priority or Parcel mail. All domestic shipping is done with a delivery confirmation and all packages valued over $50 will be insured. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

White Dog Vintage cannot be held liable for items that have been delayed or for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to get insurance for orders under $50, please notify me BEFORE submitting your order as there will be an additional charge.

I will combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible to give you the lowest shipping cost. The shipping overages for multiple item orders will be refunded to you :)

Finally, please note that the shipping fees also include all the packaging materials and handling, in addition to the postal charges. I make every effort to ensure that your purchase is carefully packaged for its transit.

On occasion I may reuse shipping materials. Please leave me a note at the checkout if this is not acceptable to you.

All White Dog Vintage vintage, up-cycled and handmade items come from a clean and smoke-free environment. There is the one resident white dog, but he is kept separate from all items and materials.
