Items are made when ordered and paid for.

If you need one ASAP it will take me two days to make and send out. It takes me about two and half hours to make this hat but due to certain holidays processing times might be longer due to high volume of orders.

I send all my orders through USPS.

1 day shipping is $23.95 plus handling fees.
(Cut off time at the post office to have things arrive next day is 12pm. So take this into account when ordering.)

Please give me at LEAST two days to fulfill your order and then ship out.

Please verify your address is correct and up to date within your Etsy profile before ordering.

I DO NOT do refunds for items sent to the wrong address due to the customer providing a wrong address.

If you "lose a package" please file a claim with USPS.

During holiday seasons, there is an increase of porch package theft. If you feel you live in an area where this is likely to happen PLEASE PAY to add signature upon delivery. I did have this included in all my packages but some customers found it inconvenient and therefore I have added it as an upgrade option.
I truly appreciate your business and strive to provide the best customer service but there are situations that are quite frankly out of my hands.
