I had an issue with the hands staying tight. Contacted the seller. He got back to me right away asked for a picture and then never heard a word from him again. And I even followed up after playing with it. I figured it out I had to switch out, the bolts based off of the color I wanted. But that was not in any of the written instructions or the video. Simple fix but I had to figure it out on my own. So if you need customer service, don’t count on getting any.
