Beads: Painted with waterproof acrylic paint, topped with a matte polyurethane finish, water resistant coating but not recommended to douse/submerge necklace in water

String Material: 1mm faux leather cording (dark brown cord), 2mm faux brown suede (brown suede), or 1mm real leather brown cord (leather brown cord).

Bead size: 5/8 in or 16 mm diameter, bead hole is 5 mm

Description: Each bead represents the number of years each person spent at Camp Half Blood. The first 8 beads on Annabeth's necklace are exactly as described from the book series. The 9th is created by me (AngeTheArtist) to mean something to Annabeth because it came from her mom (as told in the books, although the exact bead design was not described). Both Percy's and Annabeth's necklace share 5 beads, signifying the 5 years (first 5 books) they went to camp together.

9. An owl (symbol for Athena, Annabeth's goddess mother) with an epithet for Athena in the center (called the Pallas).
