*Personally, I do not recommend brown bags with gold or copper/rose gold lettering. The two font colors tend to blend in with the brown background which can make the text hard to read.

Refunds are issued if one of the following occurs:

The majority of canvas listings include the following sizes: 8x10, 10x10, 12x12, and 11x14. Some also include 16x20. If there is a particular listing that does have the size you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact me. I can create a custom listing for you if you want a particular size. In the past I have created 16x20, 18x24, and 22x28 canvas signs, so if any of those sizes appeal to you please send me a message. I'm happy to accommodate you any way that I can :)

Rarely do I have to cancel an order, unless a customer requests so. However, depending on the situation, I may have to cancel an order due to the following reasons:

>> A customer requests a cancellation (please refer to shop policies)
>> If I am unable to complete your order by a certain due date that was previously discussed
>> If the order is missing information in which I cannot complete the order, and I am unable to reach the customer
>> Or any other reason that may arise

I do ask that you check your Etsy account from time to time, because in some cases I will need to contact you in regard to your order. I will try to contact you through Etsy Messages.
