The Etsy maker was in touch with me the whole process, even despite the major time difference. I got videos of my dress and she answered all my questions. My dress arrived and it feels MADE FOR ME! It fits like a glove. I didn’t want to take it off! The quality is incredible, the fit is outstanding, and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. I love everything about it. I would highly recommend this product. Best purchase ever!

5 out of 5 starsWhen I first tried on my dress, I was blown away by how perfect it was. I felt the dress was truly meant to be mine. I saw the reviews of LilyMarksBridal on Etsy and I was convinced this was the right place to order from. I went to a local bridal shop to try on a few dresses, but the prices were just too high for me personally, and none of what I wanted (simplistic, elegant, classy) was available. I loved the Aurora dress but wanted a few changes. I reached out to the designer on their Instagram account and was quickly given a very reasonable quote for the customizations and the confirmation that they would be happy to make it how I asked. After purchasing, the process was exactly how it was described and expected. I will forever be grateful to Ksenia and her team for making my dream dress a reality.

The dress is so beautiful and the in depth measurements were amazing. Ksenia even gave me some styling tips when I asked about what type of shoes would suit my dress the best. If you are on the fence about buying alone - particularly from this shop - don’t be! It’s great quality for a fraction of the price.

Customisation
We make all the dresses hand made. We can make some changes to the dress, just write us your wishes before ordering the dress and we'll write the extra payment.
Custom and personalized orders
For online orders we recommend choosing personal size (it won't change the price). It helps achieve best fit and minimize alterations that may be required. After you place an order we will send you the form and illustrated instructions on how to take the measurements. Please take into consideration the fact that while ordering dress in store it takes the tailor at least two fittings to provide the best result, but as you make the order online we perform it without a single fitting.
Delivery
We use DHL express delivery for all the items. DHL shipments usually take from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on destination but the time can be increased in certain cases.
Real brides and photos
All photos in the listings are perfectly real - we advertise only our own dresses, designed and made by the Lily Marks team.

Care instructions
• Use special garment steamer to remove wrinkles and prepare the dress for the wedding day. Garment steamers can be found in many clothing sores and dry cleaners
• Do not iron the dress, it may damage delicate fabrics
• Professional dry cleaning only (choose cleaners who have experience with wedding dresses)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Beads and other handmade ornaments may change color or fall apart if washed or treated with chemicals. Please avoid cleaning them, or do that at your own risk.
• Store the dress in a dry place, preferably in a protective bag or a box
Rules of return
• Refund of the standard size. We will refund the money. Delivery cost to both sides is on the customer (paid by the buyer). $150 is the cost of logistics. We will deduct this amount from the refund amount.
• Return of the personal size. Personal orders made based on measurements cannot be returned.
Important
We do accept returns and exchanges on the following terms only:
1. Dresses are returnable unless were used or damaged
2. Unclaimed packages will be liquidated by DHL and won't be refunded
3. You have 14 days from delivery date to return the order
In any other case return, exchange and refund is unfortunately unavailable.
